Charleston, SC, August 18, 2023 – Wise Rhino Group (WRG), a leading M&A advisory practice representing Retirement and Wealth Advisory, Third-Party Administration and Financial Services Industry Technology Firms, announced today that its’ client, Comprehensive Financial Associates / Pennsylvania Pension Planners has been acquired by AssuredPartners. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Comprehensive Financial Associates (CFA) along with Pennsylvania Pension Planners (PPP) are headquartered in Harrisburg, PA, under the leadership of owner Eric Pettis. CFA excels in facilitating seamless connections between retirement and wealth advisory clients, while PPP operates as an integrated TPA entity, providing vital support to CFA's clientele ranging from start-up ventures to complex audit plans. This strategic partnership brings a substantial $1.45 billion in assets under advisement (AUA) to AssuredPartners' total assets serviced, in addition to introducing an accomplished team of 25 experts to further enhance their growing advisory division.
