We stay with you from the beginning of your journey to the very end and beyond. You won’t be “Signed” by a principal of the firm and handed off to a team of junior associates. You will stay with the same Wise Rhino senior partners for the entire process and even though we have successfully guided many past clients we never forget this is a once and a lifetime journey for you. You are an entrepreneur and we know even considering a change can be an emotional rollercoaster. There will be ups and downs but we will be there to help and guide you at every step.

We run our business the way you run yours. We are efficient, don’t pay huge overhead for a big city downtown office and we are extremely conscious of keeping our fees reasonable for our clients. Typically we are ½ of the cost of our competitors and we don’t charge fees on earnouts. Bottomline is you get great representation, just like how you take care of your clients but at a reasonable fee. We don’t charge you a retainer and we don’t get paid unless you do.
